Please contact your local Post Office to make sure it wasn’t marked as delivered by mistake. 

It is possible that it was mistakenly delivered to a neighbor or a member of your household has already received the package. 


Once a package leaves our warehouse we have no control over what happens to it, and we only know what the tracking number tells us.  Please contact USPS with any concerns.
